Native to the Guanacaste Peninsula, Chef Jorge brings with him over 15 years experience working with the finest local cuisines making the most of our bountiful resources here in Costa Rica. Our menu is as diverse in options as it is in price and the daily specials are sure to please even the most experienced palates. You will see by our large portions that catering to hungry surfers is our specialty!
